Please email ONCE and we will get back to you in 48-72 hours to set up an account. If this is an urgent matter, please give us a call.

Masks Optional & Vaccinated In-Person
We offer in-person appointments at this time – we allow one human per family inside the hospital/exam room and we
ask that you’re vaccinated. Masks are currently optional for the time within our hospital’s walls. We will be monitoring the situation as we are a small business and would hate to have to close or reduce hours due
to team members being out and want to proceed with caution. Curbside care is also available.
